Large Scale Process Stack
ELK with AWS was used to deal with the incoming data and process through sharding. This gave a scalable, stable environment for growth.
20TB/day traffic
The customer expected 20TB per day of data collection and they were not wrong, topping out at roughly 23TB on the bigger days.
10,000+ endpoints
Endpoints were dependent on time of day and location, requiring bursty traffic recognition and response. RabbitMQ led the way.
Objective
Mulytic Labs was tasked with designing and building a big data ingestion platform collecting and processing over 20TB/day of data from discrete IoT devices with peak workloads. This data had to be organized, cleansed and matched before being sent to partners via specific API queries.
Integrating ELK in AWS with RabbitMQ and Saltstack – Mulytic provided a push functionality to its customer, allowing data to be collected at speed. Kubernetes allowed scale an ETL pipelines cleansed the data as it entered the warehouse.

Getting the battery information to the right people was paramount for growth. Mulytic incorporated a pub/sub model for customers to get their information.
Objective
When a customer came to Mulytic to create an integrated monitoring solution for smart grid, we jumped at the opportunity. The site was a smart grid generator – a series of batteries. Mulytic needed to collect, organize an report on the important issues while monitoring battery health for trends and changes.
Mulytic Labs ended up collecting state data for each battery in 1s intervals, identifying the charge points and power needed to process. By incorporating time-of-day data with weather factors, Mulytic greatly improved the battery cost efficiency, while gaining and transmitting valuable information about battery life over time and with different factors.

Mulytic Labs needed to deliver a B2C app for car drivers that are easy to use – creating an ecosystem where none previously existed.
Through extensive UI/UX testing, along with studies of apps in Europe and US, Mulytic created an app for drivers to charge their car. Incorporating vehicle identification, charging history and payments, this app has become a standard bearer in Bangladesh for its evolving EV charging economy.
